Most kids dream of going to Disneyland on vacation but when I was young, I always begged my parents to take me to Arches National Park. I have always had a fascination with the outdoors and more specifically, a curiosity in rock formations. 

 

This typeface was inspired by the red rocks of Southern Utah. Most of the inspiration came from the letter A and was based from there. I wanted to create letter forms that were reminiscent of that type of angular rock that creates a window or an arch.
